Typical reports include investigative techniques, observations and findings, recommendations, conclusions, and budgets to indicate all of the existing conditions and then provide basis for decision making.

Design

Proper project design and specification is crucial to the successful outcome of any construction project. Through ERI’s collaborative network, all construction packages are fully developed and encompass a multi-disciplined network capable of engineering any solution.

Project Management

ERI has an experienced network of contractors to handle the day-to-day activities related to your project including the purchasing, shipping and handling of all construction related materials, demolition of existing roof material and installation of new roof systems or application of waterproofing material. ERI coordinates all logistical activities related to the project and are the conduit between our customers and the contractors.

Infrared Scanning

Infrared Scans are an essential tool in the prevention and maintenance of a building, both internally and externally, and should be an integral part of any facilities manager’s preventative maintenance plans. The Infrared Thermography technology allows our experts to see variations in temperature from areas around the building and on the roof top. The infrared camera makes it possible to “see” the environment based on temperature differential. Ultimately, on a roof top it shows areas of wet insulation thus eliminating the need to deconstruct an entire roof area to find weaknesses. The camera shows the user the exact area of defect. Inside a building, periodically monitoring electrical and mechanical equipment can keep an accurate condition pulse. If changes are noticed in equipment, parts can be replaced or adjusted to prevent a complete part failure. These replacements or adjustments are much easier to complete when scheduled rather than a fire fighting approach in a failure situation.
